Our Story
Our small family business has come a long way since opening our fish shop on 15th October 2017 in Aviemore. We now operate three mobile fish vans which cover a large area of the Highlands - see
for full list. We have been working hard behind the scenes and have now acquired a processing unit in Dingwall to support our expansion into wholesale.
Our fish is bought fresh every morning from Scottish fishing markets straight from the boats and processed in house.
