About our operations

We Bring the Freshest Catch to Your Table

We are a family run business based in the Highlands of Scotland.

Our aim is to provide the freshest local produce including fish, shellfish and crustaceans. Our staff have a combined knowledge of over 70 years in the seafood industry and have won several UK and French Awards which means quality you can trust.

Our small family business has come a long way since opening our fish shop on 15th October 2017 in AviemoreWe now operate three mobile fish vans which cover a large area of the Highlands - see               for full list. We have been working hard behind the scenes and have now acquired a processing unit in Dingwall to support our expansion into wholesale.

Our fish is bought fresh every morning from Scottish fishing markets straight from the boats and processed in house

If you are looking for a specific type of fish that we would not normally stock, why not get in touch, we would be more than happy to try source this for you.
