It is very important to us that you receive the highest quality seafood from us and therefore we have tested several packaging methods over the past three years and feel confident with what we are using. However, we are aware of the impact of single use plastics and continue to test eco packaging on a proactive basis.

Your order will be packed in a cardboard box rather than polystyrene with a built-in inner sleeve which has been specifically designed to keep to desired temperature for up to 72 hours with the help of gel packs.

 
Your seafood goodies will be vacuumed sealed in eco pouches (these are not always clear in colour due to the recycling aspect but more environmental friendly)

In order to keep paper to a minimum, we will not be printing out picking lists but will mark the box as complete and an email will be sent to you alongside tracking information.
